All ELISA kits were from Hengyuan Biological Technologies (Shanghai, China). Specific experimental steps were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cytokine production in vitro Splenocytes of EAT mice at the peak of disease (35 day) were stimulated with pTg in the presence or absence of hAECs. Cell-free culture supernatants were collected after 48 h by centrifugation. Cytokine levels of IL-17A, IFN-γ,IL-4, IL-10 and TGF-β were measured by ELISA(Hengyuan BiologicalTechnologies, Shanghai, China).
